The Activities Reservation Form (ARF) can only be submitted by the Faculty Advisor of active clubs who have completed the chartering process or ASCRC members. Depending on your requests, ARF submissions must be completed a minimum of 14 business days prior to any event.
The club or organization Advisor's typed acknowledgement, employee ID, and email will need to be provided at the end of this form.
