Programs Available in Degree Planner

AA-T and AS-T degrees are streamlined major pathways of 60 units that prepare you for transfer to a university as a junior. Students who complete an AA-T or AS-T degree are guaranteed a spot in their major (or a closely related major) at a CSU. Students also have the option of transferring to one of many private, not-for-profit, four-year universities, including 39 historically black colleges and universities (HBCUs), and some UCs. AA and AS degrees are local two-year degrees that prepare you for a specific trade or career while expanding your general knowledge. Some local AA and AS degrees can also prepare you for transfer to a university. (See a counselor if you plan to earn an AA or AS degree and transfer.)

Career certificates are focused on preparing you for a specific job or career in a short amount of time.
