Citation Style Handouts
Citation style refers to the rules and conventions established for documenting sources used in research papers. Citation style requires both in-text citations and a reference list (i.e. bibliography). For every in-text citation, there should be a full citation in the reference list and vice versa.
CRC Library has three citation style handouts to help students understand how to document and cite the sources they use for their research papers. Since different instructors will require or prefer a specific citation style, students should ask their instructors which citation style they should use before completing their assignment.

Library Forms
Course Reserves
Course reserves are required textbooks, readings, and other materials that are used in a class. Faculty are encouraged to donate a copy of their required textbooks and other course materials to the library to help their students have access to the required course materials to succeed in their classes.
When donating an item for the Reserve Collection, download, fill out and print the Reserve Donation Form. Attach it to the item you want to place on Reserve before dropping it off at the library's Circulation Desk.
Friends of the Library
Donate to the Cosumnes River College Friends of the Library fund and help support special library services, such as purchasing required textbooks for students to use in the Course Reserves collection. Please make your tax-deductible contribution payable to CRC Friends of the Library. Gift donors who wish to receive an acknowledgement letter should fill out the Friends of the CRC Library form.
Join the Cosumnes River College Friends of the Library and become a member to gain access to library services if you are not a current CRC student, staff, or faculty. Membership privileges include borrowing books and using library computers. For details, fill out the Friends of the CRC Library form.
