The start of October means the fall season is upon us. The fall season shows us how beautiful it can be to let things go that no longer serve us. However, it is essential to reflect on what burdens, barriers, and blockages we should allow to "fall" away.
To support us in this fall season, we are offering student mental health and wellness workshops to educate, inform, and empower us to make the changes we desire for our success.
October encompasses mental health awareness days, and we will be honoring these days with student workshops.
- National Depression and Mental Health Screening Day
- Domestic Violence Awareness Day
- Ancestor Remembrance Day
