Students can pay their fees over a few months instead of all at once using the student payment plan. This can make fee payment more manageable for students who do not receive financial aid.
However, most of our students are eligible for free tuition through the Los Rios Promise Program. Make sure you explore all of your financial aid options to save money on your education before you sign up for the student payment plan.

How the Payment Plan Works
The payment plan accepts credit cards and electronic funds transfer (EFT). There is a non-refundable $15 fee each semester you use the payment plan.
Your first payment is due when you sign up. After that, each month's payment is due by the 30th of the month.

Yes, beginning with the spring 2021 semester, the payment plan can be used to pay for all of the following fees:
- Resident tuition and enrollment fees
- Nonresident tuition and enrollment fees
- Universal Transit Pass (UTP) fee
- Student representation fee
- Health services fee
CASHNet will charge you a $10 late fee if your payment is more than 15 days late.
You must grant your parents access to your CASHNet account for them to pay your balance. Look for the section titled Parent PIN in your CASHNet account.
Account balances will be adjusted for classes dropped or added.
To get a refund, submit a refund application to the Business Services Office.
