Parking is very
limited and on certain days it may take additional time to find
available parking. Allow yourself adequate time to locate a parking
space.
Note: The Los Rios Community College District (and its employees) shall not
be held responsible or liable for any damage by loss or theft, fire,
accident, or any other cause whatsoever to any vehicle, or contents
thereof, that occurs on Los Rios Community College District property.
Parking Rules:
Student
parking permits are required:
Monday - Thursday 7:30 AM to 11:00 PM
Fridays 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM
The use of restricted/reserved
zones for other than their intended purposes is prohibited and enforced
24-hours a day, 7 days a week.
- All vehicles shall park within a designated parking stall and
properly display a valid Los Rios
Parking Pass at all times, except visitor spaces
- Overnight
parking is not permitted.
- Some campuses have no cost, time limited, visitor parking spaces.
Others have coin operated meters at the visitor parking spaces.
- Disabled Parking Spaces require a disabled parking placard or
a license plate issued by DMV
and a properly displayed Los Rios
Parking Permit.
- Semester long student parking passes can be obtained from the campus
Business Office. Staff and special parking passes can be obtained at
the campus Police Office.
- Single day parking passes may be obtain from the permit dispenser
located in the parking lots for $1.00.
- If you are a student, faculty, or staff member and have been
temporarily injured, you may request a special disabled parking
permit from your campuses at the following location:
- ARC and SCC - Campus Nurse
- CRC and FLC (including EDC) - College Police

The specific
violation and penalty amount is indicated on the front of the citation.
Payment must be made by mail. Payment
must be made by check
or money order made payable to the Los Rios Community College District.
Write the citation number and vehicle license number on your check or
money order. Two-party checks are not acceptable.

Appeal
You may mail a
letter to the address above stating the reason you believe the citation
should be dismissed. Be sure to state your name, address, citation
number, and vehicle license plate number. Include a copy of your
citation and any supporting evidence with your letter.
Appeals MUST be presented in
writing within 21 calendar
days of the date the citation was issued. |
