Welcome to the Foundation Web site for Cosumnes River College of the Los Rios Community College District. I hope that after you visit our pages, you will consider an investment in our college and in the future of our students and our community. Each and every day, I witness the personal and professional growth of our students supported by faculty and staff - it is truly inspiring. Through the creation of a supportive learning environment, our goal is to advance our students’ dreams, and in turn, advance the economic, social, and civic goals of our community.

Established in 1970, the campus has provided quality educational programs and services to a diverse community in the south Sacramento County region. We offer a complete lower-division university transfer program and a variety of professional and technical programs for students seeking career-related opportunities. In all, students are afforded an opportunity to study in over 70 academic areas. Today, nearly 16,000 students call CRC home.

California community colleges lag far behind K-12, the California State University, and the University of California systems in per-student funding, the college seeks to attract additional financial support through our CRC Foundation. This is where you come in. Your philanthropic support provides the margin of excellence between an adequate educational experience and an exceptional one.
