The Fitness
& Conditioning Center (FCC) is an excellent place for
CRC students and faculty to go to work out. The FCC is very
accomodating, so whether you are interested in lifting weights
or working on your cardio, you can be sure to find the necessary
equipment there. Among the equipment are treadmills, stationary
bicycles, elllipticals, step machines, and hundreds of pounds
of free weights.
The coaches
are very helpful and the environment is very friendly. If
there is a workout that you do not understand, or if you need
help with doing a workout, the coaches that are on duty will
try to help you out as best as they can.
In order
to workout at the FCC, you must be a registered for either
a "Body Fitness" or "Weight Training"
