BEGINNING WEIGHT TRAINING ASSIGNMENTS
Instructions
on how to complete homework assignments for the FCC:
- Select
an assignment from the list below.
- Either
click on URL or open Word document to read the article that
the assignment is based on.
- Click
on link to left of FCC web site that says “Fitness
Trac Log In”.
- Log
in and go to homework assignments to find a 10 point quiz
based on the article you read.
- You
can take the quiz more than once.
- Your
points for the quiz will automatically be recorded.
